Rude people!!! Totally unprofessional!! The lady would not let me ask my question then totally just told me to hold and put me on hold. I've never known any law firm to be using a hotmail address as a point of contact.
Completely unprofessional! Doing work without clients informed consent. Reports that are written are inaccurate! Would recommend you look elsewhere for legal advice and assistance!
unhelpful told me my case would cost 14000 and i could face jail for a civil matter involving my kids. only went to this lawyer to speed up the process as my lawyer i usually use had a 2 month waiting list. when i eventually did get to my other lawyer 1 week and 70 it cost and my children were back. i now know why i could get an appointment so fast with this guy. also office was messy and seemed very disorganized. when you are paying 170 plus an hour you expect courtesy and a professional looking person. these people definitely do not fit that bill.
