Staff need to be a bit more cheerful and if there's a a que respect it don't go serving anyone that's nearest to them
Been in a few Wetherspoons in my time, this has to be one of the quickest in getting served. Keep up the good work.
It's a Wetherspoons, so you should know what you're going to get and in my opinion, they deliver the company's trademark experience well. The staff were definitely trying their best and were friendly (as you'd expect, this is Fife after all). A change in food order was handled quickly and without any fuss. The young lady clearing up was extra efficient after apparently being told she wasn't yesterday (she got a gold star from me). The range of beers was as you'd expect, good and with some localish brews in there too. On the picky side, it's a building that doesn't inspire (you can't win them all). Maybe the tables could do with a better wipe (but if you're bothered by that, maybe Wetherspoons isn't the pub chain for you?). :)
I will admit, the chicken wings were very nice and piping hot, but the main course was barely warm.. it was worse for my friend as her food tasted cold and must have been left out as the sauce on the ribs was stone cold and had a "gloopy" texture.. quite disappointed as I usually like coming here for food, but only seems to be better food on specific days..
Had family over from Northern Ireland staying. I met them for breakfast twice. Breakfast not very hot. The second time no eggs. Had to wait a good while.The young lad bringing out breakfast was doing his best but had to stop what he was doing as people were stopping him to complain about their breakfast
