The O2 guru was first class
Horrendous service. Purchased a phone from them on boxing day 2017. The salesman spent a good few minutes talking up the phone and particular o2's brilliant screen replacement scheme which was being included with my deal. We were then encouraged out the store as he was getting a lift with a colleague and it was closing time (perfectly acceptable given the time of year) Now, fast forward to October 2018 and the need to utilise that "free replacement screen" I discover that, not only did he not add that to my contract, he had spent several minutes talking up a scheme which conveniently ended for my particular phone on 1 December 2017. Avoid at all costs, they will tell you anything and from my experience, the customer service or simply staff knowledge is not there.

Shop assistant as soon as my money was handed over and it was over 500hundred he couldn't get to other customer fast anough would not help me set up my new mobile so i wiil not be going bk to shop,was a different devices to what i was familiar with and could not even help transferring some software verry disappointed to say the least..
