Always polite can't do enough to help.management are terrific.
Worse chemist ever they never have anything when you hand in your prescription it's always no we don't have that we will order it in (and it's not uncommon medicine its antibiotics or cream or inhalers etc) They can be really rude to the customers I have seen them make one lady cry cause they made her feel so small the place is a joke they don't seem bothered about people unless your paying for one of their private services
The chemist had a few problems to begin with but now its all been refurbished it looks great,very clean and some nice friendly people, The robots they now have installed are so easy to use to collect your prescription. It's just as easy as a cash machine
Cadham Pharmacy goes from strength to strength. The 24 hour collection robot is amazing. It is always clean and the staff are all polite and courteous. The consulting room is a god send. I whole heartedly trust Bernie and Team Cadham. After taking an allergic reaction to my flu jag last year, I discussed it with Bernie and she offered to do mine this year and monitor any reactions - pleased to say i have had no issues this year. Bernie is my go to woman with all my health issues. Thank you so much x
I put a prescription in, got some of my things 9 days later still not got all my things, staff were rude to my daughter who went to see if the things were ready only to be told there was nothing there. I went next day before going on night shift again to be informed then that they couldn't get one of the items. I should of been informed before this & am still waiting this place has gone right down hill will be changing pharmacy
