I ordered a 16inch pizza on scoffable. Scheduled to pickup at 18:10. Got there just after the time and was rudely demanded to wait outside. After this I explained that I shouldnt have to wait outside as I had ordered it online. Was rudely told I didnt have VIP access. I would recommend everyone stay away from here as the customer service is atrocious!!
DONT USE!!!Ordered food was 30 mins late. 2 items were burnt on the bottom and destroyed on the top with the toppings smashed against the lid of the container. Then found long hairs in the last item. Called up and got horrible staff! Was told that they would deliver my refund to me just to then be told they werent goning to drop the money off and i would possibly need to wait 2 working days for the money! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WILL DEFINITELY NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
