I was in store today buying a dining table & chairs. I was served by a VERY helpful gentleman,( sorry I didn't catch names) he went out of his way to serve us & I wish all staff in shops were as competent as he was. The young man on the till was just as good. Excellent customer service.
Glenrothes store. Excellent response to a request for kitchen cabinet handles. Pauline checked stock, none available in store but 3 boxes showing in Dunfermline. Pauline then called Dunfermline to secure the 3 boxes in my name. No hassle, great attitude. Thank you.
