I called the practice today regarding changing my practice to register with cos lane. I was asked why I wanted to change I told them it was because my current practices admin staff kept messing up and losing my prescriptions. I was told in the most patronising possible way that "you can't just pick and choose your practice and that a bit of appreciation for reception staff would expected. I tried to tell the staff member the other reason I wanted to change is because both my daughter and partner are registered at cos lane but didn't get a chance as I was talked over. Will be making an official complaint for this unacceptable treatment
