Polite staff and great post office services however sometimes can be left standing for quite a while as staff take their time doing other non important tasks - I know i could never come here on a tight time schedule!

Great customer service very impressive store
Nice shop plenty of chose but service and counter layout lets it down. The grocery,post office and bakery are all in the same area which makes it difficult to know where to que. I stood at the post office counter and I was the only one at the counter for 8 minutes before being asked if I was waiting on the post office bering in mind the grocery till is 2 meters to the right of it. in all it took almost 20 minutes to post 2 letters and buy a packet of rolls and a bag of sugar. Post office staff are poorly trained as on another occasion I was almost charged for a free post parcel, I also witnessed this happen to another customer and she ended up leaving the shop saying she would take it to another post office as the assistant couldn't work it out.
