Purchased item from website, they did not have stock it turns out. Not good in this day n age. How will you know your going to get what you need? Took a few days for them to process refund too, which prevented me from being able to reorder from a firm who had stock. Not the best communication or cooperation via email.
Terrible Terrible customer service. Daylight robbery dealing with this company, a complete disregard for their customer service. I took advantage of their free delivery offer online, I then paid to return the items at the post office and when I eventually received the refund 4 weeks later they processed my refund 4.95 less. I had to ring 3 times to chase up my order and then ask for the money back after I returned it, and to cap it all off they sent me an email telling me I'll have to wait another 2 months on top of the original month ive already waited because they dont have the item in stock. The offer is a joke and so are the company. "The rules are set by the boss and my hands are tied" shocking attitude. save your self time, hassle, stress and money and go elsewhere. I'll not be dealing with them again and will tell others I know to do the same.
