Always an easy shop. No excessive queues, well laid out.
Service at Cafe was very slow. Waited over 15mins for a bowl of soup to be heated !!! It was tasty when it arrived but by that time my sister had finished her cuppa and tea cake. Not impressed especially as cafe was not busy.
Enjoyed my trip to Asda Glenrothes, my friend and I went mostly for a coffee, the cafe is very spacious and it is very accessible, as there is a lift. Had a quick look round the store, which is very well laid out with plenty of choice.
Always clean and tidy and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful especially the 2 Debbie's. They're amazing. One of them went rite to the back of a full storeroom to get me soft brown sugar. Thanks girls you deserve 5. Regards Sandra Aitken
